YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS TO BE A FACILITIES MANAGER - PRESTON



Site services – Internal and External, health and safety, maintenance.

Motivation of facilities, health and safety, maintenance team.

Implementation, monitoring and management of Health and Safety policy, maintenance and facilities manager procedures.

Management of site risk assessments and maintenance.

Support and develop the Site Health & Safety and Facility team.

Advise on updates to legal requirements, approved codes of practice and best practice standards for facilities managers, Health and Safety and Maintenance.

Liaise with local authorities re health and safety and maintenance.

Assist where necessary in Accident/ Incident investigations.

Report RIDDOR Accidents/ Incidents to HSE.

Management of building and facilities through a structured approach.

Contractor liaison and management in accordance with company policy & procedures.

Liaise with fellow Facilities Managers.

Carry out and assist in Site Health and Safety Audits.

Manage associated budget for site maintenance.

Liaise with site maintenance, health and safety, facilities contractors

Maintain contractor health and safety procedures.

Ideally NICEIC qualified

Champion Energy Management Facility Strategies



The successful applicant will have previous Facilities Manager experienced gained within a high volume customer service and preferably in a food or retail environment. You will have previous Facilities and Health and Safety experience
