Trainee Recruitment Consultant.-Social Care – Pres

Either a graduate with either some work experience (office environment, sales environment or other work experience if done throughout university) or a non graduate if they have previous sales or recruitment experience.

CLIENT



Our Client was founded over 2 years ago, they are privately owned and the owner is a hands on business manager they are specialist suppliers of Qualified Social Workers, to the NHS, Local Authorities and Private Medical Institutions. They are approved and preferred supplier to several dozen charities and councils and have a regular flow of incoming jobs to work on.

They are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans to increase turnover by 50% in 2008.



ROLE



You will be alongside a very experience consultant who you will initially be assisting resource suitable candidates , after a period of time you will be gradually introduced into client contact and begin to run your own desk.



IDEAL CANDIDATE



• You will ideally be a graduate or have worked in a targeted sales environment.

• Self motivated, focused and able to effectively prioritise work, whilst maintaining high standards of administration

• Be confident and capable with all the aspects of sales and business development including tendering, presenting and negotiating
